Integrate UDL, differentiation, ELL accommodations, and SEL practices to support diverse learners.

Developed and implemented visual arts curriculum and monthly planning guides across 17 elementary and junior high school sites. Trained instructors, coordinated arts systems for long-term program sustainability, and managed school beautification projects including mural design and execution.
