Apple Valley Unified School District, Substitute Teacher – Apple Valley, CA February 2023 – Present

Attendance taking, following lesson plans according to the teacher’s specifications, classroom management, supervision of students inside and outside the classroom, recess, and lunch dismissal, bus dismissal, and planning for supplemental lesson plans if time allows.

Action Youth America, Art Director – Adelanto, CA October 2020 – Present

Develop art curriculum and monthly planning guides for seventeen elementary and junior high school sites. Train instructors and help develop systems for future arts instruction, project manager for the School Beautification project, designing and painting murals, created logo’s for educational symposiums within San Bernardino County Superintendents of Schools. Graphic design flyer creation and translate them in Spanish. Teaching art on Zoom and in person for Grades K-9^th.  Grant writing and grant award recipient. Fundraising, Host Zoom webinars with students, parents, and staff using PowerPoint presentations with embedded audio and video. Hesperia Art Center, Founder/ Teacher – Hesperia, CA March 2022 – Present

Founder of a community engagement art program which facilitates creative projects and visual arts education. Plans, budgets, purchase materials for art program. Marketing including videography, Facebook analytics and ads, social media management, photography, and press releases.  Instructs students in the visual arts from elementary to retired aged community members. Adjusts lessons for each level of understanding, taking care to refer to the California State Standards for reference, regarding school aged students.
